Do you have a location for the gathering? If yes, where is it?
As a host or facilitator of the gathering, do you have plans for what you would like to see happen?
How many people would you be able/willing to welcome to your gathering?
Do you think your gathering will last for the whole time of the Deep Live Gathering (October 28 - November 3) or for some particular days (or hours)?
Do you or someone from the group have any experience and facilitation skills that will help you to host a gathering? Do you need any help with facilitation or designing an independent offline-program for your local group?
Do you or someone from the group have tech skills enough to join a Zoom meeting so that the whole group will see and hear what’s going on there and that other groups could hear at least one person from your room (place)? Do you need help with that? Don’t worry, we will not have zoom calls all the time :)
Do you need any other kind of help?
Do you have a gift, an invitation, discussion or a process you want to propose from your group so that other groups can participate in it (online or at least distant)?
Is there anything else you would like to share about yourself, your group, your place and the gathering?
