Waiver forms must be completed and submitted for each child registered (Parental Waiver and Hold Harmless Agreement, Educational Program Waiver, and Medical Release Waiver). Children under 18 cannot attend without completed waivers. Please print and sign forms and bring to registration on the day of the event. Copies will be available the day of as well.
