1.Schedule Time The student shall follow the kindergarten schedule as follow: a. Half Day Programme. Morning Session: 0800 am to 1200 pm. (Pick up time latest by 12.30 pm) Afternoon Session: 1.30pm - 5.30pm (Pick up time latest 6.00pm) b. Full Day Programme: 0700 am to 6.00 pm (Pick up time latest by 6.30 pm) c. Transit: 0700-1230 / 2 pm – 6.00 pm. (Please pick up your child latest by 1.00pm/ 6.30 pm). 2.Late Pick Up Charges. Parents will be charged late pick up charges based on RM 5.00 for every 30 minutes from the time of programme hours. 3.Attire Procedure. The student shall wear the school uniform every day except on Wednesday which is they have to wear their sports attire. 4.Absent Form School. a. Inform Teachers. Parent shall inform the kindergarten teacher in case the student is sick or absent or unable to attend school. b. Absent for A Month. Being absent from the class does not reduce the monthly fee. However, in case the student is unable to attend classes for one full month, the chargeable fee for the month can be reduced to half provided that the parent give two weeks notice to the principal. 5.Monthly Payment. All monthly payment must be made in advance of the schooling month i.e. latest by the 7th of every beginning of the month. The monthly fee is chargeable for the month of January to November. 6.School Holiday. During the month of school holidays, Full Day Children can be send to school for Day Care. The Kindergarten will embark on additional Child Enrichment Program. 7.Documents Requirement.
I hereby agree to register the above-mentioned student at Little Caliphs Kindergarten and agree to follow the above rules and regulation of the kindergarten. It is agreed that in case of withdrawal from Parents, the Booking Fees and School Registration Fees refund are as per the Refund Procedure in paragraph 8.
