Agreement: Jessie Iler Photography, LLC is the exclusive photographer and others will be permitted only at photographers discretion • No part of any order will be delivered until the balance is paid in full. Balance is due at or prior to your session • Jessie Iler Photography, LLC reserves the right to use images from this session and/or reproductions for display, publication, and/or any other advertising purposes • In the case of postponement or cancellation of the event/session, the retainer is non refundable •  All images are copyrighted by Jessie Iler Photography, LLC. image files are for personal printing purposes only. It is forbidden to sell these photographs / image files (reedited or original edited). It is up to the client to back up all files given to them by Jessie Iler Photography, LLC. Jessie Iler Photography, LLC is not responsible lost images, deleted files or any and all kinds of  injury/illness that could happen during a shoot. By paying this invoice, means you agree to these terms. **TRANSITION LENSES** avoid wearing these for your outdoor shoot. I am unable to correct dark lenses.
