1. By signing this agreement, You are confirming that you are a qualifying individual aged 18 or over or the Parent or Guardian of a qualifying Individual when aged under 18. If you are under 18, you are not entitled to enter into this agreement. 
 

2. “Qualifying Individual” means: 
a. higher-education or further-education student;
or
b. teacher, lecturer or other member of staff of a further or higher education institution or a basic research institution. 
 

3. You must provide original proof of Your/Your child’s status as a Qualifying Individual. This should be a valid student card, employee ID or a screen shot of a UniDays ID. We reserve the right to accept or reject the proof of status at their discretion. Successful orders are subject to our satisfation of the information you provide. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that does not provide valid ID proof. You agree to reseller making a copy of this proof. 


4. By signing this agreement you are agreeing to the above.

5. By providing an e-mail address below, you authorise Western Computer to contact you should we require additional information to verify Your/ Your child’s status. 
By providing your educational information you authorise Western Computer to contact your educational facility to verify your educational status. 


6. These terms and conditions are in addition to any other terms and conditions of sale, which may apply to your purchase. Your statutory and consumer rights are not affected.

7. If any term of this agreement is unenforceable or invalid under national law, or is held to be unenforceable or invalid for any reason, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the other terms of this agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect.
