Please read Carefully: Booking fee to be made through our secure online SPLINK portal https://mysplink.com/backbeat .  
Balance to be transferred one week prior to event or can be accepted as cash on the night of the event prior to band performance. Booking fee is refundable up to 48 hrs after first viewing the band. Booking fee is transferrable to a new date should you need to rearrange your event subject to band availability. If you have not viewed the band live within 2 months of paying the booking fee your booking is considered confirmed and the booking fee is non refundable. Fee is also non refundable in the case of the event being cancelled within 6 months of event date.  A late cancelation fee may also apply if event is cancelled within six months of event date.
NB: Your date will only be secured on RECEIPT OF THIS BOOKING FORM & THE BOOKING FEE.
