Travel Liability Waiver
Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability
I am participating in Training Camp Holidays “Thai / Vegas / Brazil Training Camp" and hereby release, waive, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Training Camp Holidays and its owners, members and employees, from and against any claims, for bodily injury demands or causes of action of any type whatsoever, including property damage or personal injury, damages, losses and expenses, including but not limited to legal costs and solicitor's fees, arising out of or in any way related to participation in this trip.
I am aware that there are possible risks and dangers associated with my participation. I assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages I may sustain as a result of my participation, including travel to or from the trip destination. In addition, I assume liability for and agree to indemnify and to hold Training Camp Holidays and its employees harmless for all claims or damages caused, in whole or in part, by me and any negligent, intentional, or other act or omission on my part.
By signing this waiver of liability and release, I acknowledge that I have read and understood this document and the travel information for students and non-students attending Training Camp Holidays “Thai / Vegas / Brazil Training Camp" and I fully agree and understand all terms and conditions.
Deposits
All deposits placed when booking Training Camp Holidays “Thai / Vegas / Brazil Training Camp " reserve your space and therefore are non-refundable.
Cancellations
Contact Coach Bernard directly on 07967034247 for assistance if you wish to cancel any bookings for flight, accommodation, etc.
Please note that all cancellations involve certain charges to be borne by the traveller. These charges vary according to the nature of the booking and are adjusted against any refund that you receive. You will need your booking reference/s and any other relevant details at the time of cancellation. If you have arranged insurance to cover your travel and your reason for cancellation falls within the terms and conditions of such insurance, it may be possible to reclaim some or all losses incurred through your insurance company.
The trip is available to all and children ( under 16 ) must be accompanied by a parent. If the Traveler is under 18 years of age, consent must be given by a Parent/Guardian and they must agree to the above terms and conditions.
Please note that Training Camp Holidays is not responsible for any trips cancelled due to civil strife, industrial disputes including air traffic control disputes, environmental disasters, acts of war, strikes or other unusual or unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control or the airline’s control.
Passports, entry visas and transit visas.
The traveller is responsible for ensuring that his/her passport is valid at the time of booking. The traveller is also responsible for ensuring that he/she holds a visa for the final destination and any visas required for countries you may just be transiting through. The traveller is personally responsible for any costs arising due to problems with these formalities. The traveller needs to check that his/her passport, entry visas and transit visas meet the requirements of both the countries in question and the airlines. Special provisions relating to the booking of return tickets are applicable for travel to certain countries. The traveller is responsible for checking this with the embassy or high commission of the country in question and with any airlines involved.
Your specific passport and visa requirements, and other immigration requirements, are your responsibility. You should confirm these with the consulates at the relevant embassies or High Commissions. Neither the suppliers with which your contract, nor we, accept any responsibility if you cannot travel because you have not complied with any passport, visa or immigration requirements. Please note that all names on any booking must be exactly as set out on your passports. It is your responsibility to have valid travel documents.
An approved entry permit (ESTA) and machine-readable passport are required for all travel to or via the USA.
Vaccinations
The traveller is responsible for ensuring that he/she has had full vaccinations and that other necessary formalities required for travel to the country which the traveller plans to visit have been completed. Any costs in connection with vaccinations will be met by the traveller.
Package prices
The price of your holiday package is based on known costs and exchange rates at the time of booking. The price of your travel arrangements is subject to surcharges and increases in transportation costs, scheduled airfares and any other airline surcharges that are part of the contract between airlines and Training Camp Holidays. It is also subject to any Government action such as an increase in VAT, or any other Government imposed increase and currency changes to an adverse currency exchange variation. Certain cities impose a city tax and this should be paid directly to the hotel. This will not be included in the total price. It is the responsibility of the traveller to check this information.
NO NONSENSE POLICY
We take pride in creating the ultimate training camp experience. If you feel there is something we should know alert one of our Training Camp holidays staff immediately. Once the trip booking is confirmed, there is a binding contract between us Training Camp Holidays and you, Individuals found trying to influence the group and encourage others not to participate in the experience, create a negative environment and ruin the trip for other clients. These Individuals may have their trip cancelled and their contract terminated.
Remember this is a training experience,
It's not a "lads holiday" or a "sex tourists holiday", what you do in your spare time is your choice and as long as it doesn't affect the group or trip we are not concerned. At the point it starts to affect others, It is our priority to protect and maintain a positive experience for all our clients and any nonsense deemed as a disruption to the group or trip will not be tolerated.
It will be up to the Training Camp holidays management Team to investigate and In most cases, the individual will be alerted to the problem with a solution. If the negative situation persists it will be up to the management's discretion on whether to terminate the agreement and have the individual removed from the trip. Termination of contracts is non-refundable and this does not affect your statutory rights.
Examples of individuals trying to influence the group or creating a negative environment.
Things like...
Encouraging others not to train.
Bring back new holiday friends or locals to group activities,
group downtime or a shared hotel room.
Being disrespectful to staff, locals and other individuals on the trip.
Encouraging others to binge drink alcohol without training.
The no-nonsense policy and waiver complete the terms and conditions of the contract.
Agreeing to book
Please read these Terms and Conditions before using Training Camp Holidays. By booking an experience with us, you signify you have read and accepted these terms of use and agree to operate following the agreement between you and Training Camp Holidays.
If you do not agree to these terms of use, do not continue to book an experience at Training Camp Holidays.
