If you handle personal information of european citizens on forms you create you need to be sure to handle the data with care , and make sure to ask consent if you wish to use their email addresses for commercial email.
If you decide to remove data from the formlets interface we can assure you that this data is deleted in all our systems and within 24 hours all data will be flushed from all our backups.
Cookie use :
We use cookies only for authentication into our systems for admin users.
We do not set cookies to your endusers using our forms.
Third party systems :
-We have Google analytics installed on the form creator and on enduser forms
Google analytics is setup in anonymity mode
-We use smartlook to validate GUI experience in the form editor
Smartlook is not used on enduser forms you create.
-Stripe is used for payment processing and cookies are used to identify the users and facilitate the payment.
