Formlets provides the capability to add a custom logo or image to your Formlet.
To add a custom logo or image:
From the Formlet Builder, select the Settings tab
Scroll to Formlet Image
Select Choose Image
Select the desired image file to add to your Formlet
The resulting form with logo
