Adding Conditional Logic to Fields

This feature allows you to show or hide some fields based on choices that user made in previous fields.

Adding Specific Condition to Your Field
Select the field and enable Conditional display
Select from the Action whether you want to hide or show the field
Select if Any or All rules should be matched
Select the field that requires the condition in If and its State
Enter the Value that determines the criteria

This example will only display textarea when user selected Disagree.
