Response numbering allows you to view number of response per form submission. You can set a starting number and it will increment for every response. This feature is available for paid accounts only.
To enable Response Number:
Enable Use Response Number under form settings
You can change the label and the starting number
To display the Response Number on Autoresponder:
Enable Notify Respondents and Use Autoresponder Template
Click Autoresponders menu and create a template
Fill up the required field, use Response Number field and save
